Yes. Both packages include an English written report. The video package also includes English communication support, so you can ask questions and clarify the specialist’s advice.
Please contact your coordinator as early as possible if your plans change. Your cancellation and rescheduling terms will be explained in writing before payment, including what applies once a specialist has started reviewing your records.
Possibly. A remote review can clarify options, but it cannot replace every examination or test. The specialist will explain any limitations and whether an in-person assessment is needed before a final treatment decision.
